Employment procedure

After we receive your application, we will check your level of English language either personally in our agency, by telephone or Skype. The evaluation would help us to make sure you can communicate with the employer during your work abroad. Don’t get upset in case your English level is lower than required. We will advise you how to improve it and will re-check it later. All candidates, despite their English level, are included into our database.

  Program fee:  

  • Free. As per the H-2B regulations that went effective on January 18th 2009, no fees can be charged to the participant for an H-2B position by the recruiting agency or employer.

The following expenses are not (or partly) covered by the employer:

  • Participant is advised to purchase a health insurance plan for the duration of the program immediately after having been approved for the H2B visa by the U.S. Embassy. Participant can purchase the health insurance through the insurance company of their preference. Purchasing a health insurance plan is NOT mandatory or a condition to secure employment with the employer.
  • Living expenses
  • We advise you to take approximately 800$ for settling there
  • Drug test: you should take 2 drug tests. First test you take on your home country and the employer refunds the money only if the result is negative. Second drug test you take upon arrival and it is free of charge for you.
