Sales Specialists - Contract 6 months on, 2 months off. 
 
 
Salary up to $1350 per month commission 100% based on achievement of specifically defined targets/ double cabin

 

Requirements:

- Previous Retail experience . Brand, price, industry details are also required.

- Outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and team organization within the overall business needs and guest satisfaction in stressful situations

- Understanding of promotional planner and staff schedule with revenue opportunities; Providing unique shopping experience while understanding guest needs and emotions

  

  

Sales Associates - Contract 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary $1200 per month + commission 100% based on achievement of specifically defined targets/ double cabin 

 

 

 

  Requirements:

- Previous sales experience in fast-paced retail environment 

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

- A proactive attitude

- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 

 

- Ability to perform well under pressure

 

 

- Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential

- Previous ship experience preferred!

  

 

Shop Manager - Contract 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary up to $2300 per month + bonus of up to 10% based on achievement of specifically defined targets and commission up to 100% based on achievement of specifically defined targets/ single cabin

 

 

 

Requirements:

-  Shop Manager-Cruise Ship Experience; Leadership via sales tactics and elevated standards of effective team training through motivation

-  Financial Analytics through KPIs; Retail category strategy through innovative initiatives and swift changes due to product availability

-  Ability to work in fast paced environment with outstanding verbal & written communication skills to gift shop team and shipboard leadership

Asst. Shop Manager - Contract 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary up to $1800 per month + bonus up to 5% based on achievement of specifically defined targets / double cabin

 

Requirements:

- Previous shop management experience including experience in retail strategic planning, forecasting and financial analysis

- Understanding of contemporary sales techniques and strategies

- Previous leadership experience in the service or retail sector

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment

- Extensive product knowledge

- Analytical skills to identify market trends

- Superior communication skills and problem solving ability

- Ability to work in a complex sales environment, (e.g. tax & duty free)

Promotional Ambassador - Contract 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary up to $1450 per month commission 100% based on achievement of specifically defined targets/ double cabin

 

Requirements:

- Exceptional presentation skills in English while adapting to changing environment and guest preferences

- Detailed organization of category goals, staff skills, marketing requirements, through effective event planning depending on guests and itinerary

- High level of team spirit/enthusiasm and ability to interact with large crowds with loud/clear speech and inspiring expressions

- Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and team organization within the overall business needs and guest satisfaction in stressful situations

Employment conditions: 


  • Basic salary is $1000 (during the college and during first 3 months of probation period)
  • Salary after photo college (including  team bonus commissions) is $1100.00-$1200.00 per month
  • After 3 months of probation period salary will be increased at $150 on top of the basic salary
  • Food, accommodation and medical insurance provided on board

Requirements:

  • The applicant needs to be a outgoing, friendly, upbeat person with a positive attitude whom shows a great deal of enthusiasm & is willing to learn. 
  • Applicant must project a professional image & be a Team Player. 
  • The applicant must be fluent in English with good communication skills, follow proper grooming and hygienic practices. 
  • Photographer must have some understanding&  knowledge of 35 mm single lens reflex cameras & related equipment.
  • Must have some photography education with strong interest or experience appropriate to CCL Style photography.

 

Guest Services Associate - Contract 6-7 months on, 6-8 weeks off. Salary $1617 per month (Training is a 4 weeks college), after College Salary $1857 per month

Requirements:
- 2 years of Front Desk experience, customer service experience or in a similar environment required
- Computer literate: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills – engaging, collaborative and credible
- Proactive and professional at all times
- Fun, outgoing personality, projecting a sincere and empathetic demeanor at all times.
- Great attitude with a willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently 
- Ability to speak a 2nd language is preferred: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin, Dutch, Korean, Portuguese.

 

 

Hotel Admin Coordinator - Contract 6-7 months on, 6-8 weeks off. Salary $1857 per month
 

Requirements:
- 2 years of Front Desk experience, customer service experience or in a similar environment required
- Computer literate: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills – engaging, collaborative and credible
- Proactive and professional at all times.
- Fun, outgoing personality, projecting a sincere and empathetic demeanor at all times.

- Respective of deadlines, detail orientated, organized, and self-disciplined.

Sanitation Officer ( Responsible for fleet wide shipboard sanitation and public health audits according to USPH standard)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher certification in related field (e.g. agriculture, chemistry, science, epidemiology, microbiology, public health).
  • Be familiar with the construction/basic engineering of catering equipment (dishwashing machines, ovens, etc) and understand the differences in make and model, applications, etc.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience at intermediate level)

Financial Specialist - Contract 6-7 months on, 6-8 weeks off. Salary $1500-1700 per month
