CROWD MANAGEMENT and CRISIS
MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN BEHAVIOR
These special courses are required for
personnel designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergency
situations and for any person having responsibility for the safety
of passengers in emergency conditions.
These courses meet STCW Section
A-V/3 Requirements and IMO Resolution MSC 68/3/1 requirements.
If you are
selected by the cruise company, the agency will provide you with
all directions to get these certificates.
